One awsome player that comes to mind, is "Jimmy Bryant" he used the Telecaster in the early 50s, (The stuff he was doing in the early 50's is still scary). This clip from youtube is of "Jimmy Bryant and Speedy West" performing "Flying High", www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vzt1iA2D_KgAlso "James Burton" he worked for Elvis Presley, among others, from 1969 to 1977, Here's a video clip of "James Burton" playin' "Mystery Train" with his signature model Telecaster. www.youtube.com/watch?v=0cH5RGirn0k

Steve Cropper, played with Stax session band Booker T. & the MGs, who backed such stars as Otis Redding and Sam & Dave. and many, many more, had some fantastic rhythm work, known to be spare and crisp using the back pickup of his Telecaster,

Waylon Jennings RIP , a country legend, he's always been associated with Telecasters, He's also been honored by Fender with a "Waylon Jennings Tribute" Telecaster ( a beautiful "Telecaster" it is as well)

How about "Status Quo" they are one of Britain's longest-lived bands," and are faithful Tele player's.

Marty Stuart has been a career-long devotee of the Telecaster. The Fender Custom Shop makes a Limited Edition Marty Stuart Tribute Telecaster which blends features from his favorite historical guitars, as played by Buck Owens, Don Rich, Mick Ronson and Clarence White. Stuart is also the owner of the original Parsons/White prototype B-bender Telecaster originally owned by Clarence White and given to Stuart by the White family. Stewart also owns Don Rich's silver metal-flake Telecaster that was given to him by Buck Owens.
Here's a cool video of "Marty Stuart & The Fabulous Superlatives" performing at Warren Haynes Christmas Jam, XMAS JAM Marty Stuart & The Fabulous Superlatives

Albert Lee is a fantastic player, I first saw him playing with "Eric Clapton" years and years ago, then I saw him with "Emmylou Harris" and I couldn't believe what I was seeing and hearing, he was phenomenal, He's one real contender for the title of "Master of the Telecasters"
Here's another "Nashville" picker that a good contender for the title, "Will Ray" look at how easy he makes it all look on this video, Even though he's not using a "Telecaster" in this video, he's always played one,
